The location was marvellous, very close to parks and a national park. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport.

Appreciated the place, had a nice stay on next Yellowstone visit. Our room was brand-new and well-maintained, equipped with bedside table and comfortable bed and tissues.

Would definitely stop here again, because I had a great stay and didn't want to say goodbye.

The location of the hotel was great and perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a World-Class Bear museum. Our room was spotless and very well furnished with huge double beds, bedside table and tissues, slept well.

Simply nothing too much trouble, such great stay. A nicely appointed place to stay in West Yellowstone. Great location so close to the park, and 5 minute walk from Yellowstone Historic Center. The rooms with a cozy decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed, super-friendly and amicable staff.

The hotel is recently renovated with a nice interior and excellent staff. It has magnificent central location in such a high profile tourist area. There's Taqueria Malverde serving quick orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the property. This is a hotel go-to for West Yellowstone!

Comforts of queen room were fabulous - tea/coffee making equipment, a writing table, and ironing facilities. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Beautifully maintained rooms with tissues and the western decor and bedside table, always extremely friendly staff. Great and perfect location close to food places, free parking on-site. Near to the entering park and all the restaurants.

The unit was impeccably clean and modern.

We got room with cozy decor and a clean bathroom to relax. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

For the price we paid, the value at Evergreen was excellent. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a very comfortable king bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location, right by the west entrance of Yellowstone Park, was incredibly convenient.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better would be a wider variety of choices.

I had a truly unfortunate experience during my stay at the Evergreen motel. I was involved in a car accident on my way to the motel and was unable to reach them due to their phone line being closed after 9 PM. Despite having evidence such as photos, a police report, and an insurance claim, the motel refused to refund my deposit. It was incredibly disappointing to be treated so harshly and insensitively by the motel in such a dire situation. It would have been nice if they had shown some flexibility and consideration for their customers in times of need. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
